The MCWASP XVI Call for Papers is by invitation/nomination only. If your abstract was accepted for oral or poster presentation, you will have received the nomination email on November 23, 2022. If you did not see that email, check your junk/spam/other folder for an email from “Morressier Team”. If you still cannot find the email, please contact Janice Burke (jburke@cim.org).
If the paper is accepted for the technical program after review, the presenter must pay the registration fee and upload their final paper (after revisions have been made based on review) by February 28, 2023, in order to present. Failure to do so by the stipulated deadline may result in removal of the presentation from the program and the paper from the proceedings. Presenters of multiple papers need to register only once. A full refund will be provided to authors who have pre-registered but will not attend because their paper(s) is not accepted.
If you have questions regarding paper submission or peer review, please contact Janice Burke (jburke@cim.org).
Author Template and Guidelines
Please refer to the Layout guide for MCWASP XVI. This includes how to format the text, and add figures, tables, equations, appendices, and references.
Oral PowerPoint Presentation Upload
The conference organizers will NOT be collecting presentations.
The online author portal has an option to upload; however, it is inactive. We recommend that you IGNORE this option.
All presenters should simply bring their PowerPoint on a USB key onsite during the Conference to upload in the presentation room.
Proceedings
The Proceedings will be published by IOP Publishing in electronic format available as a digital download. All registered delegates will receive the proceedings.
